Step 1: Submit Order

Step 2: Payment Details

Once we received your order, we will prepare a detailed invoice and email it to you for your reference and further action. You can confirm the order by making a minimum 30% non-refundable deposit to our bank account.

Step 3: Design Proof

In this phase, we need your wording details to prepare the design proof. A digital design proof will be prepared and sent to your email within 2 – 3 working days. You can revise your design up to 3 rounds of revision which each revision will take up to 2 working days. For ready-made design, you are allowed to customize the wording, font and color. Step 4: Design Approval

During design confirmation, you are required to sign an approval form to officially allow us to start printing. Once the approval form is signed and sent to us, no further changes is allowed and we will send the final design to print on the next working day. It is important for you to check the information and spelling thoroughly before leaving your signature on the form.

Step 5: Design Printing

Upon final printing, you are required to make another 40% deposit to our bank account. Kindly allow 3 – 5 working days for flat printing and 10 – 14 working days for foil stamping. Should there be any changes on the timeline, we will inform you right away.

Step 6: Final Delivery

After making sure everything is in order, we will pack your goods carefully for final shipping. By default, all printed goods will be ship by our trusted couriers with additional fee (charges by Poslaju / DHL). However, you could also arrange a (free) pickup session with us at one of our pickup locations that can be found here.
