Payment Policy

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is due within 48 hours after order is placed. Any unpaid purchases will be assumed cancel.
We happily accept payment via bank transfer to our main account. The details can be seen as below.
We offer 2 (two) payment arrangement for our clients. 50%-50% (less than RM500 invoice) or 30%-40%-30% (more than RM500 invoice).
Every first 30% payment is non-returnable .
Balance payment must be made upon or before collection or delivery.
Prices are subject to change if you do not make a purchase within the 30 day time period.

 

PAYMENT PROCESS

Step 1 : After you have decided which product to purchase, click "Add to Shopping Bag" button.

Step 2 : Review your order and click on the "Checkout" button to continue to the next process.

Step 3 : Fill up your personal details and payment information in the space provided and submit your order.

Step 4 : A confirmation email and an invoice will be sent to your email address within 24 hours.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We like to make our payment process quick and easy but unfortunately there are some conditions that won't allow us to receive payment through our website (PayPal, Credit Card, ipay88, etc). Our payment method is solely via bank transfer which you can find the details as below.
