Q: What is the minimum order for wedding invitation?
Our standard minimum order is 50 pcs.
Q: Where can I pay a visit to your shop?
Eliffant Studio is a 100% online boutique and doesn't have a public shop. However, we love to meet our potential clients! Just contact us and we are happy to arrange a meeting somewhere over a cup of coffee.
Q: Do you work on weekend?
Our business hour is 10am - 6pm weekdays only. We are closed on weekend and public holidays.
Q: Can I see a sample first before placing the order?
Yes, sure! You can order our sample kit which has our past projects and paper samples.
Q: Can I request a sample print before actual printing?
Yes, you may! Sample print cost RM15.00 / design.
Q: What is sample print for?
Sample print is for you to see how the color and font size turn out after printing. You could also see the final look of your design on real paper.
Q: I love one of your ready-made designs, but would like to customize it. Can I do that?
Yes, you can! But only minimal customization is allowed like color and 1 (one) type of font changing. Heavier changes will be considered as custom project and additional cost is applied.
Q: How long does it takes for you to do design revision?
Design revision usually takes minimum 2 working days.
Q: I have my own wedding and color theme. Can I request a custom design?
Yes, you may! For custom design we are glad to offer 3 new design concept using your design direction and guidance.
Q: What if I don't like all 3 concepts? Can I request another 3 new concepts?
If you are not happy with our first 3 concepts, we are happy to design 1 (one) more concept for free. Additional new concept will be charged separately.
Q: Can I have a map on my invitation? Is there an additional cost?
Yes, of course! Just give us the direction and we will work on it. No, there is no additional cost for up to 2 maps.
Q: Can you do wedding invitation in foreign language?
Yes, we can and would love to! However, since we only speak Bahasa Malaysia and English, clients need to prepare their own wording for us.
Q: Will the color of my stationery match my screen?
Not 100%. Because all monitors display color differently, your printed stationery may not match what you see on your screen. We are unable to accept returns based on color for this reason. If you are concern about the color, we highly recommend doing a test print before actual printing.
Q: Can I order the design only and print somewhere else?
We only sell finished stationery and do not sell digital versions of our designs in part or whole to maintain our quality standards.
Q: I already have my own design. Can you print them for me?
Of course! Just email us the file and we will see what we can do to help.
Q: Can I have the source files of our wedding stationery?
Unfortunately, due to copyright issue, the source files are not included in the final price and are not considered part of the Final Deliverables.
Q: I’m running late with my invitations. Can I expect rush delivery from you?
Hurry and contact us! The fastest we could work on is 5-7 working days.
Q: What is your shipping options?
We use Poslaju and DHL for domestic and international shipping. Clients can choose which courier they want to use and the fee is chargeable based on the location, weight, size of the package. We also offer free of charge self-pickup service. Our pickup points can be found here.
Q: Can you personally drive to our address for delivery?
We do offer door-to-door delivery with a minimum charge of RM45 (Klang Valley). You can read more about the service here.
Q: My home address is just 10 minutes away from one of your pickup points. Will it still consider as door-to-door delivery?
Yes, we will still consider it as door-to-door delivery and additional charges is applied.
